We got an email today from our Realtor who is actually on vacation in Florida at the moment. A colleague of his has a client looking for a mountain property and knows that our house is going live on the MLS this Saturday and wanted to know if he could show it tomorrow morning! Not bad getting a showing before the house formally goes on the market. His colleague also stated he may have another client interested in seeing our house next week. I sure didn't expect any activity until after we had moved.
Now I need to straighten things up and vacuum the carpets tonight. It would be amazing if this showing was it and a contract was put in even before we left Colorado.
